This agreement is between you and Final Arrow, a sub-agency of Ecomdy Media (including but not limited to Ecomdy Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates). Please read these Terms of Services, along with the applicable rules, policies, and terms available on Final Arrow’s website. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement on behalf of yourself, your company, and others who use Services under your account. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the Services. Your use of any Services is subject to additional rules, policies, and terms specific to those Services.
Definitions
“Services” means the provision of TikTok Software, Digital Content, and support resources that Ecomdy and Final Arrow provide. Final Arrow, through its partnership with Ecomdy, will assist in creating advertising accounts under Ecomdy Media’s Agency account and provide related support to run these accounts for your business needs.
“Website” refers to Final Arrow’s website.
“TikTok Software” refers to all software provided by TikTok and Ecomdy to you. Final Arrow and Ecomdy are not responsible for TikTok resources outside the agreed services.
“Digital Content” refers to all digitized content, including third-party videos, music, apps, games, and other functionalities.
Section 1 – Use of Services
To use the Services, follow these requirements:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least the age of majority in your province of residence, or have the consent of a legal guardian.
- Legal Compliance: You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purposes and will comply with all laws in your jurisdiction.
- Process:
- Create a TikTok account via TikTok signup.
- Final Arrow, under its partnership with Ecomdy, will create and link advertising accounts for you.
- You will transfer your advertising budget to Final Arrow, and Final Arrow will top up the advertising accounts under Ecomdy’s system.
- All activities must comply with TikTok’s policies and applicable laws.
Section 2 – General Conditions
Final Arrow reserves the right to refuse service at any time. You must comply with TikTok policies, Final Arrow’s terms, and Ecomdy’s rules. Final Arrow will not be responsible for out-of-date or incomplete information on its website and is not liable for any activities happening in your advertising account under TikTok.
Section 3 – Rights and Responsibilities
a. Final Arrow’s Rights and Responsibilities:
- Final Arrow, through Ecomdy, will assist with issues relating to TikTok advertising accounts.
- Final Arrow reserves the right to suspend accounts if TikTok’s policies are violated.
- Compensation of $200 may be applied if accounts are suspended due to violations.
- Final Arrow will handle top-ups within six working hours after receiving funds.
- Final Arrow will review and appeal campaigns as necessary.
- Refunds for unused balances will be processed within two business days if you stop using the service.
b. Your Rights and Responsibilities:
- You will be provided advertising accounts through Final Arrow and Ecomdy’s partnership.
- You must transfer the necessary advertising budget to continue using the accounts.
- You are responsible for complying with TikTok’s policies and ensuring your content follows all guidelines.
Section 4 – Termination
Final Arrow reserves the right to terminate your access to Services if you violate these terms or TikTok’s policies. Upon termination, your advertising account may be revoked, and any remaining balance will be refunded or transferred within two business days unless otherwise stated.
Section 5 – Disputes
Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved based on the governing law and dispute resolution provisions as outlined on the website.
Section 6 – Governing Law
These Terms of Services shall be governed by the laws of Jordan and Singapore where applicable through Ecomdy’s jurisdiction.
Section 7 – Updates to Terms of Service
Final Arrow reserves the right to update these terms. It is your responsibility to review the website regularly. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to all transactions made with Final Arrow, a sub-agency of Ecomdy Media. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please review it carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Customer Requests: Refunds are available to customers who initiate a transaction with Final Arrow and Ecomdy Media and formally request a refund. Refunds are contingent on the absence of payment fraud or suspicious activity. We may request verification of transaction details before processing any refund.
2. Refundable Balance
Remaining Balance: Final Arrow and Ecomdy Media will refund the remaining balance on your ad account. Refunds are calculated after three (3) hours from the time all ad campaigns have been paused or stopped.
Excluded Costs: Any incurred costs for services used prior to the request are non-refundable. This includes fees associated with running advertising campaigns, setup fees, or other related expenses.
Full Refunds: A full refund (100% of the balance) is available only if you have not yet been issued a TikTok Ads account through Ecomdy Media.
3. Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not available under the following conditions:
- Suspended Accounts: Final Arrow and Ecomdy Media do not support refunds for suspended ad accounts. If your account is suspended due to policy violations or fines imposed by TikTok, no refund will be issued.
- Typical Reasons for Suspension (Non-Refundable Cases):
- Launching campaigns without prior approval from Final Arrow or Ecomdy Media.
- Running prohibited products or services such as:
- Weight loss
- Endocrine or sexual health products
- Breast augmentation
- MLM (Multi-Level Marketing)
- Financial or gambling-related services
- Engaging in spam or bad actor behavior.
- Altering landing page content, or using landing pages that violate TikTok’s policies (e.g., featuring unauthorized badges, logos, or redirecting to prohibited content).
- Users associated with ad accounts that have a history of policy violations or those attempting to evade the system.

4. Payment Methods for Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method and currency used for the original transaction with Final Arrow and Ecomdy Media.
5. Processing Time for Refunds
Standard Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 1-5 working days after we receive confirmation of the closing balance from the customer.
Receipt of Refunds: Depending on the payment method and international payment gateways, refunds may take between 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
PKR Payments: Refunds made through PKR (Pakistani Rupees) payment gateways will be processed within 3-6 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after canceling the subscription. The refund will be made at the closing rate listed by the State Bank of Pakistan and sent to the respective bank used for the original top-up.
6. Important Notes
No Refund for Suspended Accounts: As noted earlier, Final Arrow and Ecomdy Media will not issue refunds if your account is suspended due to TikTok policy violations.
